I help adults living with chronic stress, anxiety, pain, mobility issues and nervous system dysregulation find relief, balance and resilience through an integrated mind body approach.
Using a blend of yoga therapy, mindfulness, stress management strategies and evidence based mind-body practices, I support people in managing complex conditions like fibromyalgia, arthritis, chronic pain, anxiety and depression and digestive issues like IBS.

About Me:
I am Mary Beth Camardese, MS C-IAYT. I have and MS in Counseling Psychology and advanced training in Mind Body Medicine from Benson Henry Institute/Harvard Continuing Education. I am a certified yoga therapist (IAYT) and a Kriplau Holistic Lifestyle Coach. I have over 30 years experience in the mental health, rehabilitation and integrative medicine fields including 12 years as a clinician in the integrative medicine department at Atlantic Health System.
I am currently in private practice ONLINE via ZOOM.

I believe in the power of the mind body connection and the effectiveness of yoga and meditation to work with mental health and medical conditions. Yoga has been an invaluable companion in my life for the last 35 years. I have found yoga an effective tool to manage anxiety and stress. I used yoga, meditation, self massage and acupuncture to deal with pain and mobility issues after a shoulder replacement. I am currently using yoga to manage pain due to arthritis and back issues. Yoga therapy works!!​
