About Me:
I believe in the power of the mind body connection and the effectiveness of yoga and meditation to work with mental health and medical conditions. Yoga has been an invaluable companion in my life for the last 35 years. I have found yoga an effective tool to manage anxiety and stress. I used yoga, meditation, self massage and acupuncture to deal with pain and mobility issues after a shoulder replacement. I am currently using yoga to manage pain due to arthritis and back issues. Yoga therapy works!!

I have an MS in counseling psychology and further training in Mind Body Medicine from Benson Henry Institute Harvard Continuing Education. I am a certified yoga therapist through IAYT and a Kripalu Holistic Lifestyle Coach. I have over 30 years experience in the mental health, rehabilitation and integrative medicine fields including 12 years as a clinician in the integrative medicine department at Atlantic Health System.
